Although the legislative intention to prepare a law on selection of persons to management and supervisory (controlling) boards of companies with shareholding interest of the state does not deal with the issue when the member of the supervisory board does not receive the requested information from the management of such company, the issue of wider and better access of state representatives in supervisory boards of those state-owned enterprises begins to be discussed.
