Control of politicians
— #1 Proving of declarations of honour made by politicans and public officials
Politicians and other public officials shall substantiate all statutory declarations they make, i.e. notification of personal interest, of actions, assets, income, gifts and of commitments, by relevant documents.
If the declaration of honour on the (absence) of conflict of interest (declaration of personal interest, exercised activities, assets acquired during the office, income, gifts and debts) were evidenced by the relevant documents, it would be possible to verify their accuracy.
