Commitment to behave in the public office in a transparent manner.
If before elections the candidate undertook that should he/she be elected he/she would use transparent means of communication and that he/she would enter his/her activity record in the electronic public diary, at least a political liability of the subsequently elected candidate would be established, should he/she violate this duty.
